Farmers with the skills to succeed
We believe aquaculture can contribute significantly to food security, employment, income generation and economic growth in Sierra Leone and Africa. Our training gives new and existing farmers knowledge they can apply directly on their farms.
Opportunities for women and young people
Our journey is driven by a belief that fish farming can create income, jobs and nutritious food while opening opportunities for women and young people. We support their participation across the aquaculture value chain.

Sustainable Development Goals
The global goals our work supports
Zero Hunger (SDG 2)
More access to protein-rich food, for food security and improved nutrition.
Life Below Water (SDG 14)
Sustainable practices and environmental conservation that protect aquatic life.
Gender Equality (SDG 5)
Opportunities for women in leadership, education and economic independence.
Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3)
Healthy food and responsible practices for the communities we serve.
Help us reach more farmers
We welcome partners who share our goal of a stronger, more sustainable aquaculture industry.
